Breakfast: Two slices of buttered fruit toast.
Lunch: Leftover Indian food.
Dinner: Baked salmon, roast potatoes and broccoli and a rocket parmesan salad.
Breakfast: Three slices of toast, one with butter, one with strawberry jam and one with butter and Marmite.
Lunch: Skipped, but I snacked on some cake with a cup of tea.
Dinner: Jacket potatoes with a chicken and bacon filler.
Breakfast: Froot Loops and a slice of buttered fruit toast.
Lunch: Tuna salad sandwich.
Dinner: Steak with chilli parsley butter, roasted pumpkin and cos salad.
Breakfast: Toast with butter and Marmite.
Lunch: Jumbo sausage and chips from the chip shop.
Dinner: I had some chips leftover from lunch, so I ate those, and had some cheesecake with ice-cream.

Lunch: Brown rice with tomato bruschetta flavoured canned tuna, kewpie mayo and hot sauce.
Dinner: Peri peri chicken with corn salad.
