Breakfast: Berry granola with yogurt.
Lunch: Skipped, but I had a Curly Wurly bar with my cup of tea, and made a sandwich when I came home.
Dinner: Tuna pasta bake, and a jacket potato topped with cheese.

Dinner: Chicken karaage with a crunchy iceberg and corn salad.
Breakfast: Caramelised biscuit flavour hot cross buns with butter.
Lunch: A banana, and an iced finger bun.
Dinner: Chicken soup with a baguette, and some pizza.
