Breakfast: Toast with butter and Marmite.
Lunch: Skipped, but I snacked on some shortbread biscuits with my cup of tea.
Dinner: Minced beef and onion pie, chips and gravy.

Breakfast: Toast with a fried egg, cheese and hot sauce.
Lunch: Two salads from a salad bar - one was kale, haloumi and chickpeas and the other was cabbage, carrot and chicken.
Dinner: Cheese pizza and garlic bread.
Breakfast: A leftover slice of cheese pizza.
Lunch: Buffalo wings and a frozen margarita.
Dinner: A bunch of leftovers out of the fridge, so broccoli fritters, cheese pizza and vegetarian nachos.
