Breakfast: Toast, two slices with butter and two slices with butter and Marmite.
Lunch: Skipped, but I had some ginger snaps with my cup of tea.
Dinner: Minced beef and onion pie, and crispy potato slices.
Breakfast: Golden syrup flavoured instant oatmeal.
Lunch: Brown rice and seasoned chickpeas with garlic dressing.
Dinner: Garlic and lemon chicken with roast veggies and salsa verde.
Breakfast: English muffin with peanut butter.
Lunch: Skipped, but I snacked on some chocolate.
Dinner: Baked basa fillet with creamy lemon sauce and mashed potato.
Breakfast: Wholemeal toast with smoked cheddar, fried egg and hot sauce.
Lunch: Leftover baked fish with creamy lemon sauce and mashed potato.
Dinner: Grilled chicken with corn salad.
