Breakfast: Fruit & fibre cereal.
Lunch: Skipped, but I snacked on a Wagon Wheel biscuit with my cup of tea.
Dinner: Quorn chicken style southern fried fillets, and potato pops.
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, grilled tomatoes and two slices of buttered wholemeal toast.
Lunch: Leftover katsu curry noodles.
Dinner: A hotdog and a slice of cheese pizza.
Breakfast: Toast with chocolate spread.

Dinner: Minced beef and onion pie and potato pops.
Breakfast: Scrambled eggs, grilled tomatoes and two slices of buttered wholemeal toast.
Lunch: Ham, cheese and tomato sandwich.
Dinner: Cheeseburger and fried cauliflower bites.

Lunch: Skipped, but I snacked on a couple of chocolate cake bars with my cup of tea in the afternoon.
