Breakfast: Wholemeal toast with avocado and a fried egg.
Lunch: Ham, cheese, tomato and pickle sandwich.
Dinner: Prosciutto, basil and mozarella pizza.
Breakfast: Avocado, feta and poached eggs on toast.
Lunch: I snacked on ranch flavoured corn nuts because breakfast was more like lunch.
Dinner: Mac and cheese.
Breakfast: Fruit & fibre cereal.
Lunch: Skipped because I wasn't hungry. But I had some toast with chocolate spread, and a few cookies later on.
Dinner: Pizza - two slices of cheese and tomato, and two slices of pepperoni. And cheesy pasta salad.
Breakfast: Wholemeal toast with cheese, a fried egg and Frank's hot sauce.
Lunch: Cheese, tomato and ham sandwich.
Dinner: Bacon cheeseburger and fries.
Breakfast: Fruit & fibre cereal.
Lunch: Skipped, but I snacked on a Wagon Wheel biscuit with my cup of tea in the afternoon.
Dinner: Chunky beef and vegetable soup, and crusty bread.
