Breakfast: Wholemeal toast with Vegemite and a fried egg.
Lunch: Skipped, but I snacked on some chicken chips and chocolate.
Dinner: Chicken tenders, mashed potato and garden salad.

Dinner: Jacket potatoes topped with cheese and salad.
