Dinner: Mediterranean grilled chicken and quinoa salad, with cucumbers, olives, and hummus.
Breakfast: Two Granny Smith's apples.
Lunch: Skipped, but I had some oat biscuits with my cup of tea.
Dinner: Two slices of Margherita pizza and a small portion of French fries.
Breakfast: English muffin sandwich with fried egg, cheese and BBQ sauce.
Lunch: Leftover chicken parmigiana from the pub last night.
Dinner: Mac and cheese.
Breakfast: Two boiled eggs with toasted soldiers.
Lunch: Cheese and tomato pasta pot, paprika crisps, and a Galaxy Ripple chocolate bar.
Dinner: Meat feast pasta bake.
