Breakfast: Fruit 'n' fibre cereal.
Lunch: Skipped, but I had a few rich tea biscuits with my cup of tea.
Dinner: Cheese & onion lattice pie, and sweet potato fries.
Breakfast: Egg and sausage muffin from McDonald's.
Lunch: Cheese board - vintage cheddar, double brie, pear, raspberries & apple and maple cashews.
Dinner: Creamy gnocchi and rosemary fries.

Lunch: Skipped, but I snacked on some chocolate-covered flapjack bites, and salt & pepper crackers.
Dinner: Sausages, roast potatoes and peas, with gravy.
Breakfast: Ham and cheese toastie.
Lunch: Double brie cheese and some garlic crackers with avocado dip.
Dinner: Pizza (with mushrooms, fennel pork sausage, tomatoes and mozzarella) and a garlic and cheese calzone.
