Breakfast: A slice of buttered toast, and a banana sandwich.
Lunch: Skipped, but I did have a few biscuits with my tea in the afternoon.
Dinner: Mac and cheese.

Lunch: A Cornish pasty, and a bag of ready salted crisps.
Dinner: Two slices of stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, and a few fries.

Dinner: Chicken arabiatta and roquito chilli pepper pizza, a few chips, and mint choc chip ice-cream for dessert.

Lunch: Fried eggs on toast with cheese, avocado and Vegemite.
Dinner: Baked potato with cheese, sour cream and pasta salad.
