Self Overview:
I lived the first seventeen years of my life in a fantasy in my head, a land of facts and ideals and minor keys. Sometime in late 2006 I decided to give this thing called living a try. It was really scary but it was too late to go back so I did lots of silly things; partially for escapism, partially trying to find something to make myself feel not quite so empty. After a year of binge drinking, minor recreational drugs, shitloads of live gigs and drunken sex I somehow managed to meet the most amazing man in the entire cosmiverse and for some unimaginable reason he fell in love with me. We've been together almost two years now, and I love him more than life :)

The things I learn, the people I meet, and the experiences I have change me constantly. I have been trying for years to pin down my personality and have got nowhere. I'm a conflicting mess of character traits, a walking contradiction. I'll let you know when I become a real person, I guess :/

Goals:
Not failing Uni is the biggie.
Getting a novel or possibly even a graphic novel published comes a close second.

Wants:
More tattoos.
To figure out life, who I am and my place in the universe.
I can never have too many pairs of shoes :)

Accomplishments:
Still being alive is quite a major one, when taking into consideration my extreme clumsiness and occasional alcoholism.
I got pretty good grades at school, but now I'm at uni it's been revealed nobody in the real world gives a shit about your A levels. Damn.
I've also played piano since I was about three; I learned to read music around the same time I learnt to read words- and I'm semi-officially at grade 8 standard.
I'm also 6th out of about 100,000 people on the Facebook Buffy trivia, oh yes- bring on the vital life skillz.

Favorites:
I love Muse and My Chemical Romance like a necrophiliac loves a morgue. I'm pretty flexible when it comes to music though; especially to drunk dance to.
Buffy is the greatest show that ever was and ever shall be and one day I will go on Mastermind with it as my specialist subject and pwn everyone.
Harry Potter is my favourite book series but I also bum The Time Traveler's Wife and a trilogy called The Aldous Lexicon- and, to be honest, about a gazillion more books, I utterly LOVE to read.
Top of the movie list is the Lord of the Rings trilogy, but apart from my love for fantasy it's all about the weird thinky psychological brain-hurty films, bonus if there's lots of blood. Dark City, Sin City, V for Vendetta, Eternal Sunshine and Fight Club are just some of the faves.
In my spare time I greatly enjoy the fine arts of coffee drinking, screaming and moshing, getting wasted, travelling the world on a student budget, procrastinating, spending more money than I should, correcting people on their spelling and grammar, having my head in the cloud the majority of the time, falling asleep in lectures, arguing, and making Pringle sandwiches.
I have the bestest friends in the world. I love them all to pieces. They're all amazing, unique, generous, loyal, hilarious and about a million other positive things. I don't know where I'd be without them :)
My favourite person in the world is Mister Alexander J Newbury, and I would probably die of old age before I'd finished explaining why.
