Subject: Neglect
Sorry I have neglected bzoink for a while. I've just been trying to catch up in school and work and even on sleep. I've been crazy busy trying to balance my life out and trying to decide what to do. I'm having my doubts about going to college right after high school. I want to take a year off and explore myself and the world and everything that everything has to offer. I hear that once you take a year off, you never go back. That scares me. but I know I'll go back. I really want to be a nurse and I won't give up on that dream, EVER.
Also, I have a girlfriend now. She is amazing. I have to admit, I was kind of nervous at first, since she is the first girl I've ever had feelings for and the first girl I have ever dated and, well the first person I ever had any REAL feelings for, but it's not at all awkward. In fact, I'm more comfortable with her than I was with any of the guys I dated. It's funny, people foreseen me and her dating, before me and her even knew we both had feelings for each other. Oh well, it's funny how things work out.
It's finals week at school, I've been doing pretty good so far. I had to do 2 research papers. They went well. I did them on self-harm. I was very proud of my work. I can't wait. I'm going to be a senior next year! *sigh*

Subject: Last NIght/Early This morning,
I started to read Go Ask Alice and I could not put it down til I was finished. I finished in about four hours and was really moved by her story. I felt connected with the girl in this story. I know what she has been through and the emotions she felt were very raw and very real. Drugs are not just chemicals to make you high, they are a sonofabitch, addictive and make you a whole new person that everyone else can see but yourself.
Anywho, after reading, I had so much emotion just pent up inside from an incident that happened two years ago. So, I did what I do best, I grabbed that pen and I grabbed my journal and I wrote. I wrote til I fell asleep with that pen and journal in hand. So many poems just poured from me and I am so so proud that those came from me.
Moral of this journal entry is, DON'T DO DRUGS! I know many have said this before, but it's usually from illl-informed people who only do research on drugs. Take it from someone who has been down that dark, lonely and desperate road. It's not worth it, it messes you up more than you will ever know.
I love every single one of you.

You mess with fire,
you get burned.
We all know this by now,
or atleast I hope so.
Mess with electricity,
you get shocked.
We all know this by now,
or, atleast I hope so.
Play in the lions den,
you get mauled.
We all know this by now,
or, atleast I hope so.
Play frogger in the street,
you get hit by a vehicle.
We all know this by now,
or, atleast I hope so.
Here is something new,
that I would like to share
May come as a shocker, may not,
you be the judge.
Mess with me,
you get kindness,
with underlying hate,
but you would never know it.
That is because
I am better than that.
To resort to aggression,
just to get a point across.
