Facebook and Bzoink are totally different types of mindless to me. I get on Facebook and scroll for no apparent reason because I don't enjoy much of what I see on there. Bzoink is a nice way to unwind, turn my brain off and talk to pleasant people from anywhere and everywhere. I genuinely look forward to getting on here.

I love listening to chirpy songs when I'm in a good mood.

Me too! I love using Bzoink as a distraction as well. Just like how you do that thing where you name five things you can see, four things you can feel, three things you can hear etc. to squash anxiety, I find that the prompts in the forums have the same effect on me. It’s grounding to write some random things that I love or hate, think of random foods or just play word games.

I love bzoink, duh!
