Tug Of War
It's like a game of tug of war
The strongest force is the last one standing
At first I wasn't the type of person to be the one standing
I was always the one that lost and was on the ground
But after the experiences I've been through
The emotional rollercoasters I've been on throughout life
I've learned a lot about myself
And people around me
I want people to give me a chance
Let me show you the person I'm turning into
I'm not a monster
I'm not an evil witch
I'm a human and I want people to trust me
Especially the people closest to me
Don't give up on me so easily
When people give up on me
I die inside
It kills me
Give me one last chance to show you
I can be the last one standing. |
