Hm. So I was just thinking recently, about all of the different books that I've had to read over the years for school, and how I liked some more than others.
So, I made a board.
What is your favorite book that you've ever had to read for school, or so far.
And if you're reading something now for school, what is it?
(:
I'd probably have to go with The Outsiders being my favorite, and then A Separate Peace from this year.

I have never read The Outsiders, but I did go to a local bookstore, and purchase it.
I can't exactly remember what the book was called, but it was about a family from Ireland moving to the US to have a better life, and they run through a few problems, such as The Shirtwaist Factory incident. It looked as if it was going to bore out, but turned out to amaze us. |

Well, I only read one book as of right now, it was called MONSTER.
I personally didn't like it. :l Oh well, we are now reading about the Holocaust and I know like everything about it already so, it's just like a review for me. |

I think that I get to read To Kill A Mockingbird this year.
Everyone's been talking about it, anyways. |

As far as I can remember, we've read The Outsiders, Of Mice and Men, Holes and Goodnight Mister Tom.
I didn't like any of them. :S
Especially considering how we were supposed to think they were written by absolute masters and how they were so relevant, even nowadays.
Gaah. I just hated school though. xP |

I had to read a bunch of books for composition classes a couple of years ago. And most of them were incrediboring.
But Lord of the Flies wasn't as bad as I thought it was gonna be. I mean in terms of boring me to death. It was a bit gross though. |
