Don't do it Bubbles. We all care about you very much and you're just hurting yourself. You just need to know that you do have people that care, and you shouldn't do that to yourself.

See, that just proves that you're strong. You're strong enough to make it to where it's not a habit or even in your thoughts anymore.

Hm, well. You could try to do something to distract yourself.

Bubbles, I understand what you are going through. While I was never into self harm or self mutilation, I know how difficult it is to suppress urges to do things that are not good for you.

One thing that is helping me quit smoking is to chew a lot of gum. It gave me something to keep my mouth busy, and it tastes a lot better than tobacco. My breath smells better too. I suggest you try to find something to distract yourself when you feel the urge to self-mutilate. Take your dog for a walk, write in a journal, read a book, go for a run, talk on the phone with a friend... In your case, writing in a journal might help you relieve the emotions that drive you to cut yourself. If you have a trusted friend you can vent to about it, that might be even better. Knowing that someone is supporting you in your efforts is a really great feeling, and is a huge confidence booster when you're trying to achieve a goal (in your case, stopping cutting). If it is really a problem and you don't think you can do it alone, talk to your parents about seeking professional help.
