I've always thought it would be really cool and helpful if we could comment on single surveys, to tell the creator what we liked/disliked about it. I thought it would be really handy to see what specific things people like about my surveys, and I'd like to tell people my opinion on their surveys without having to personal message them or anything.

I understand it would take a lot of work and everything, but it's just a little idea of mine. (:

Not sure if that one will ever be implemented. I mean I think it will be, but I'm not sure to what extent. Public comments on surveys and stuff like that (on other sites) is USUALLY rampant with stupidity.
